A destination for families
The Vision

More of the family's activities. One destination.

Different ages. Different sports. The same busy family. Shelton Station is being planned around complementary programs that give families more reasons to visit one place—and give your business more opportunities to be discovered.

Picture a family's visit.

  1. Come for a sport.

A family arrives for basketball practice.

  2. Find another fit.

A sibling has an interest in gymnastics nearby.

  3. Discover what's next.

Familiarity with neighboring programs can lead to the next camp, class, or training opportunity.

An illustration of the campus vision. Programs and schedules will depend on the final tenant mix.

For families, the goal is a place that supports more of their interests. For operators, it is the opportunity to become familiar to families already visiting the campus.

Your place in the campus

Your sport has a protected place here.

If you're basketball, you're our only basketball operator.

Shelton Station allows one operator per agreed category within the complex. We bring together complementary programs, so your business has a defined place in the campus.

Tell us everything your program offers, including related classes, camps, and training. We'll discuss category boundaries and current availability with you during leasing.

Who belongs here

For people who are all in on youth sports.

You care about the coaching, the progress, and the families who return week after week. We're looking for operators who bring that commitment to their own programs and value being part of a broader sports community.

Established clubs, growing academies, and experienced operators developing a new concept are welcome to start a conversation.

Program interests shown for discussion. Protected category definitions and availability are reviewed individually.

The Space

Space planned around the way your sport works.

Shelton Station is planned as an approximately 65,000-square-foot campus, with suites from 5,000 to 25,000 square feet and 30-foot clear heights. Start with your program: the activity areas, equipment, circulation, and support space that help it operate well.

Practical questions

Before you inquire.

Will another business in my category be allowed in?

Shelton Station allows one operator per agreed category within the complex. We'll review your full program and define the protected activities during leasing.

Which sports are available?

Send an inquiry about your program. The leasing team will discuss current availability and how your activities fit the campus mix. The program list on this site is an invitation to inquire, not a live availability list.

How is the family destination intended to work?

Complementary programs give families more reasons to visit the campus and more opportunities to discover neighboring businesses. The final experience will depend on the tenant mix and each operator's offerings and schedule.

Can I bring a program that covers several sports?

Tell us the full scope, including camps, classes, and related training. We'll discuss how it fits alongside other programs and the category protection policy.

How much space should I request?

An estimate is enough to begin. Planned suites range from 5,000 to 25,000 square feet. Your activities, equipment, circulation, and support areas will guide the layout discussion.

Can families sign up for activities now?

The campus is currently pre-leasing for a planned August 2028 opening. This website is for operators interested in space. Program information can be shared as the tenant mix develops.

Bring your sport to Shelton Station.

Tell us about your program, your category, and the families you serve. Let's explore your place in the campus.

An inquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve a category or commit you to a lease.
